So we all want a nice lunch. Who doesn't. But we don't want to screw up the environment along the way.

A lot of companies talk about being 'sustainable' but what does that mean in terms of concrete promises? 

​

Well... here's what that means to us - and what our commitments are. Hopefully you can dig where we're coming from.

​

1. Minimise plastic. Nothing Single use. We look at everything we do to try and remove plastic at every opportunity.

​

2. Buy local as often as possible, 
thereby both reducing needless food miles as well as supporting local producers.

​

3. Reduce Waste,
by recycling as much as we can during production and donating any unused food stock to charity.

​

4. Give a little bit back,
with our 'pay it forward' scheme to encourage our suppliers and partner businesses to donate to those in greater need.

​

5. Get smart with packaging

by making things as low impact as possible.

​

These are only simple things but every bit helps. Plus lunch always tastes better if you have a clear conscience too !
